The pandemic has been on a steady decline for a while now. Hopefully, this trend continues as everything starts reopening since otherwise, summer is gone. This would be particularly bad since I have numerous activities including QuestBridge, gates scholarship, and others, participating in a job, volunteering, and finishing a personal project of mine over the summer. If the pandemic reemerged I would be able to partake in none of these activities. My choice of the activities I chose, also reveals a significant amount of me personality-wise. I would like to say I’m overall an organized, planned, focus driven person. Without planning the route ahead, I can’t go and achieve my goals and without setting a goal in the first place, I have no motivation to finish the tasks I need to do to obtain it. Having this type of personality has a lot of strengths. For example, it is incredibly easy for me to complete a task, finish something, contribute the most to various places, and maintain a proper schedule. As a result, many of my successes whether it’s academically like finally achieving an insane overall average or socially making connections with numerous people outside my friendzone can be attributed to this. Hopefully, this upwards trend continues as I grow older.
