guess how long this took?

While I try my best, I still have a lot of aspects of my life I need to improve upon. I still have a poor sleep schedule and especially with school fully open now, I will admit that it has been difficult for me to find time for myself and exercise. What was an hour every day is now half an hour and rather than eating breakfast first thing in the morning now, I often attend my zoom meetings before, delaying my day. It will take some time for me to get used to it, to figure out a proper day to day routine where I have enough time to finish all my tasks while also having some time to myself, taking care of my fitness. I usually monitored my weight every other week but school almost made me forget (funnily, this post reminded me of it :). It’s important to highlight the positive aspects of physical fitness but if I couldn’t pinpoint certain areas I needed to improve upon, my health would just degrade more. Hopefully, this is the first step in starting over and improving myself again!
