Quarantine gave me a new attitude towards fitness. With no one to remind me about fitness, it is incredibly easy to fall into an unhealthy routine of sleeping at 4 am, eating anything and everything, not exercising or maintaining a healthy weight, and more. While I haven’t been perfect, I took it upon my own to make sure I drink enough water and be conscious of my lifestyle. I’ve been actively trying to fix my sleep schedule and exercise for at least 30 minutes or more each day. It’s easy to give up and fall back to old habits, however, I try my best to improve my fitness. Exercising is not exciting, at least to me, but after a 30 minute or an hour workout, the feeling you get knowing you improved your body by just that is incredibly rewarding and keeps me trying to continue bettering myself every day.
